Double The Taste, Leffe

Challenge

Leffe’s now long standing Double The Taste campaign promises foodies a surreal tasting experience offering advice on the perfect Leffe pairing for iconic recipes of Italy and the Netherlands. The campaign visuals were however a bit dated and needed a little refresh to re-excite consumers.

Idea

We therefore hopped on the long journey of improving the current Key Visual from Conception to Art Direction on shoot to Design and Artwork of any assets accompanying this massive campaign, from website to trade assets to social assets as well as the new and improved iconic Key Visual.

Our Italian campaign had split screen posters with mouth watering pictures of our recipes paired with the perfect Leffe. We also redesigned the website with pages dedicated to the campaign and each recipe.

Our Netherlands campaign favoured full beautiful shots of the recipes with the Leffe Chalices and bottles around them. We adapted the Dutch website accordingly as well.

Finally, we collaborated with Chef Valbuzzi, an Italian cooking superstar, to create amazing and attractive trade assets and drive trust.

Results

This campaign was extremely successful driving organic advertising with our consumers sharing their recreations of the recipes paired with the perfect Leffe. It engaged and inspired people using one thing that any good beer lover is a fan of - delicious food.

The campaign has been awarded with a Silver Effie in 2022.
